Commercial work fails when a crew treats a tenanted building like an empty house. We plan around staff, customers, and residents: sealed work zones, protected floors, dust control at HVAC returns, and the space restored at the end of every shift.
The finish standard is the same one we use on high-end residential interiors — product specified for the substrate and Gulf-coast exposure, prep written down, walkthrough before we leave. Light commercial interiors are the core. Exterior commercial and multi-unit coating work is taken when the scope fits the crew.

Work is sequenced around tenants and operations. We do not ask you to shut a floor because it is easier for us.

Coastal specification
Coatings are chosen for substrate and exposure. On the Gulf coast, a cheap interior latex on an exterior wall is a callback in three years.

Commercial questions
Can you work after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Occupied offices and retail are usually scheduled evenings and weekends so staff and customers are not walking through wet paint.
Do you take occupied buildings?
That is the typical job. We seal work zones, protect floors and furnishings, and restore the space at the end of each shift.
How do I get insurance certificates and a W-9?
Email noah@paintnpete.com with the additional-insured name and job address. Certificates are issued in that name — we do not reuse another GC’s certificate.
Are you a licensed contractor?
We are a licensed Florida business. Pinellas County does not require a contractor license for painting, so there is no DBPR contractor number. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation.
What is the warranty?
Two-year workmanship, confirmed in writing with the proposal. Product warranties follow the manufacturer.
