Three recent projects — finished spaces, not stock rooms.
St. Petersburg — walls, trim, and cabinetry coordinated in one pass so the room reads as one finish.
St. Petersburg — wash, scrape, repair, and finish for Florida UV and rain.
St. Petersburg — moisture-aware coatings and careful cut lines around fixtures and tile.
Process
No guesswork, no surprise invoices.
We walk the space with you — on site or by video — and talk through surfaces, color, and sequence.
You get an itemized proposal: surfaces, prep scope, products, sheens, and timeline. In writing, before anything starts.
Floors and furnishings are covered, surfaces are repaired, sanded, and primed. Prep is most of the job.
We finish, clean up, and walk every surface with you before we call it done.
Florida
Florida is hard on paint. UV fades color, humidity slows cure times, salt air works at exteriors, and summer rain finds every gap in preparation.
So preparation is where the work actually happens. We wash and scrape down to sound substrate, repair rot and cracks before they spread, prime bare surfaces, and let coatings cure on their schedule instead of ours. We select products for the surface and the exposure, not for whatever is cheapest by the gallon.
That's the difference between a repaint that looks good on the final walkthrough and one that still looks good in five years.
Products
Choosing a color from a two-inch chip is a bad way to make a decision you'll live with every day. We help you see it in your own light, on your own walls, before committing.
We work in Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, Florida Paints, and Farrow & Ball, and we'll tell you honestly where each one earns its price and where it doesn't.
