Process

How it works

No guesswork, no surprise invoices.

Consultation

We walk the space with you — on site or by video — and talk through surfaces, color, and sequence.

Written proposal

You get an itemized proposal: surfaces, prep scope, products, sheens, and timeline. In writing, before anything starts.

Protect and prepare

Floors and furnishings are covered, surfaces are repaired, sanded, and primed. Prep is most of the job.

Finish and walkthrough

We finish, clean up, and walk every surface with you before we call it done.

Florida

Why it lasts in Florida

Florida is hard on paint. UV fades color, humidity slows cure times, salt air works at exteriors, and summer rain finds every gap in preparation.

So preparation is where the work actually happens. We wash and scrape down to sound substrate, repair rot and cracks before they spread, prime bare surfaces, and let coatings cure on their schedule instead of ours. We select products for the surface and the exposure, not for whatever is cheapest by the gallon.

That's the difference between a repaint that looks good on the final walkthrough and one that still looks good in five years.

Products

Color and product guidance

Choosing a color from a two-inch chip is a bad way to make a decision you'll live with every day. We help you see it in your own light, on your own walls, before committing.

We work in Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, Florida Paints, and Farrow & Ball, and we'll tell you honestly where each one earns its price and where it doesn't.

“I had the pleasure of working with Noah who not only came out to my home and gave me an amazing quote same day, but also helped in the paint selection process for the interior of my home. All work was completed in 3 days and you would never know they were here. The interior of my home looks amazing.”

FAQ

Questions that usually come up

How long does a whole-home interior repaint take?

It depends on square footage, ceiling height, trim complexity, and how much repair the walls need. You’ll get a specific timeline in your written proposal.

What does it cost?

Every home is different, so we quote after walking the space. Estimates are free and itemized, so you can see exactly what you’re paying for.

Do I need to move out?

No. We work room by room, protect everything, and clean up daily. For occupied homes we sequence the work so you always have usable space.

What paint do you use?

It depends on the surface and the exposure. We work in Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, Florida Paints, and Farrow & Ball, and we specify the product and sheen in your written proposal.

Do you help with color selection?

Yes. Color guidance is part of the job, not an upsell.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — we’ll share exact wording and documentation during consultation. Warranty terms are confirmed in writing with your proposal.
